LS3A6000 (Industrial Grade)

The industrial-grade chip Loongson 3A6000 is a general-purpose processor for industrial control applications building upon the LA664 microarchitecture of Loongson's proprietary instruction system LoongArch. Based on the high performance of Loongson 3A6000, it widens the operating temperature range and enhances reliability features, meeting the demands of applications under challenging conditions.

LS3A5000 (Industrial Grade)

The industrial-grade chip Loongson 3A5000 is a general-purpose processor for industrial control applications building upon the LA464 microarchitecture of Loongson's proprietary instruction system LoongArch. Based on the high performance of Loongson 3A5000, it widens the operating temperature range and enhances reliability features, meeting the demands of applications under challenging conditions.

LS2K2000 (Industrial Grade)

Loongson 2K2000 (industrial grade) is a general-purpose SoC chip for the industrial control field that integrates two LA364 processor cores. It has a 2MB shared L2 cache and a typical operating frequency of 1.4GHz. This chip integrates a 3D GPU core independently developed by Loongson and a wide array of interfaces, including a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), CAN, and other special interfaces. The chip consumes approximately 9/4W in high-performance/balanced mode. Building upon the commercial-grade Loongson 2K2000, it can operate across a broader temperature range and can enhance reliability features, meeting the demands of applications under challenging conditions.

LS2K1500

Loongson 2K1500 integrates two LA264 cores with a frequency of 1.0GHz. It is equipped with DDR3, PCIe 3.0, and SATA 3.0 interfaces, with the PCIe interface featuring RC/EP modes and DMA capability. Additionally, the chip offers a wide array of small interfaces such as SPI, CAN, I2C, and PWM, along with USB interfaces, and supports eMMC. The plastic version of Loongson 2K1500 uses an FC-BGA package. Due to the improved manufacturing process and the low-power design, the chip features a typical power consumption of less than 2.8W, meeting the requirements for low-power industrial control.

LS2K1000LA

Loongson 2K1000 is a low-power and general-purpose processor for industrial control, terminal applications, and more. The chip has sufficient peripheral interfaces, including two PCIe 2.0, one SATA 2.0, four USB 2.0, two DVO, 64-bit DDR3, and others.

LS2K0500

Loongson 2K0500 is a highly integrated processor chip for industrial control, printing terminals, BMC, and other application scenarios. The chip is based on a 64-bit LA264 processor core and integrates one 32-bit DDR3 controller, one 2D GPU, one DVO display interface, two PCIe 2.0, two SATA 2.0, four USB 2.0, one USB 3.0, two GMAC, one PCI bus, color and monochrome printing interfaces, one HDA, and other common interfaces. Additionally, the chip features multiple low-power technologies, such as advanced configuration and power interface (ACPI), dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS), and dynamic power management (DPM). Furthermore, it supports various power levels and wake-up methods and allows for dynamic control of clocks and power switches for certain functions and high-speed interfaces according to specific application scenarios. Therefore, it can meet the requirements for low-power applications in industrial control, network security, and other fields.

LS2P0500

Loongson 2P0500 is an SoC designed for the control system of single/multi-function printers and is a core controlling component in printing and scanning devices. The chip employs heterogeneous CPU topology, incorporating Loongson LA364 and LA132 processor cores as well as a 512KB shared L2 cache. It integrates various functional modules (such as DDR3, GMAC, USB, printing interfaces, scanning interfaces, eMMC, and PWM) and a power management and control module. Thus, the chip has wide application in printing, scanning, copying, and other typical scenarios.

LS1C103

Loongson 1C103 integrates on-chip Flash, ATIM, GTIM, ADC, SPI, I2C, UART, RTC, and other functional modules, and is capable of outputting complementary PWM signals with dead zones. It possesses native support for driving servos, brushed motors, and brushless motors, as well as common communication modules. The Loongson 1C103, measuring 4.0×4.0 mm, is packaged in a QFN32 socket. The chip features a small size and pins that can be reused as needed. It can be used in various application scenarios, meeting the requirements for common cost-effective motors. Its main applications include fascia guns, pruning machines, electric saws, electric wrenches, jump rope machines, fans, automotive electronics, etc.

LS1C102

Loongson 1C102 is a custom chip designed for embedded applications, such as smart home appliances and other IoT devices. The chip adopts LA132 processor cores and integrates functional modules, such as Flash, SPI, UART, I2C, RTC, TSENSOR, VPWM, ADC, and GPIO. It features high stability, high security, and low cost, significantly reducing board-level costs while meeting the requirements for low power consumption. Its main applications include smart locks, electric mopeds, treadmills, etc.

LS1C101

Loongson 1C101, based on the Loongson 1C100, is a microcontroller chip optimized for door lock applications. The chip integrates functional modules, such as Flash, SPI, UART, I2C, RTC, TSENSOR, VPWN, and ADC. It can significantly reduce board-level costs while meeting the requirements for low power consumption.

LS1D100

Loongson 1D100 is a dedicated MCU chip for ultrasonic water meters, heat meters, and gas meters, integrating CPU, FLASH, Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC), Ultrasonic Pulse Generator, Temperature Sensor (THSENS), SPI, I2C, UART, MBUS, Segment LCD Controller, ADC, RTC, Empty Pipe Detection, Wire Break Detection, and other functional modules. Using the QFP80 package, with a quiescent current of less than 10μA, it features high timing measurement accuracy, rich peripheral functions, and low power consumption. Along with a comprehensive programming, simulation, and debugging environment, it significantly simplifies the software and hardware design of the ultrasonic flow measurement system.

LS7A2000 (Industrial Grade)

Loongson 7A2000 is the second-generation chipset for the Loongson 3 processor family, targeted at the server and personal computer markets. Compared to its commercial-grade counterpart, the Loongson 7A2000 (industrial grade) can operate across a broader temperature range and can enhance reliability features, meeting the demands of applications under challenging conditions.
